I bring together three specialties to help create the conditions for better sleep and relaxation:

  • The Feldenkrais Method™ uses gentle, mindful movement to reduce unnecessary effort, retrain movement patterns, and quiet the nervous system.
  • The Buteyko Breathing Method retrains breathing habits that may keep the body in a constant state of alertness. By restoring natural breath, the nervous system calms and the body is better able to rest.
  • Massage Therapy provides direct support for the release of muscular tension, allowing the body to feel comfortable and at ease.

Together, these approaches invite the body and mind into new patterns where rest feels natural instead of forced.
