Fariya Doctor’s Feldenkrais Practice:
Where Movement and Healing Meet
Your Movement Detective
Meet Fariya
At the heart of my practice is a deep passion for solving movement puzzles. As a dedicated Feldenkrais Practitioner, I help clients restore balance, resolve long-standing physical issues, and reclaim a sense of well-being. With a strong foundation in biology, massage therapy, and the Feldenkrais methodology, I have the expertise and heart to support you on your journey to healing and empowerment.
Why I Became a Feldenkrais Practitioner
After years of working as a Massage Therapist, I grew frustrated with offering temporary relief instead of truly resolving the root causes of pain and discomfort. I wanted to help people get to the heart of their issues. I didn't want to provide more bandaids, just real solutions. The most satisfying part of my work is helping people feel whole, balanced, and free in their bodies. That’s why I became a Feldenkrais Practitioner: to offer lasting change, not just a quick fix.

A Different Approach to Healing and Movement
I often think of the body as a puzzle, with each piece needing to fit together to create harmony. When parts of the body don’t work as they should, it can feel like pieces of a puzzle are scattered, leaving you feeling incomplete. My goal is to help you put those pieces back together, restoring your body’s natural ability to move freely and with ease.
In my practice, I take a gentle, respectful approach, meeting you where you are in your journey. Healing isn’t always instant - it’s a process. But through patience, understanding, and careful movement techniques, I help you move closer to feeling whole again. Whether it’s alleviating chronic pain or helping you get back to activities you love, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing you empowered and confident in your body once more.
